Dr. Gaines is active in the Los Angeles community in conducting free of charge spiritual gatherings to foster inspiration, support traditional values and family structure, and encourage philosophical thought and conversation.

  • Dr. Gaines provides yearly pro-bono, non-legal, neuropsychological evaluations to combat veterans.

  • Dr. Gaines provides free of charge lectures to interested groups in the topic of combat-related brain injury and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

  • Dr. Gaines supports the educational causes related to cognitive and psychological impairments associated with Sickle Cell Anemia Trait and it's impact on the African American and Middle Eastern populations by providing free of charge lectures in this topic.
